Terms of Service for Beer Sync

By using Beer Sync ("the App"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Description of Service

Beer Sync is a platform for coordinating social sync signals among friends and groups. It uses VoIP push notifications to alert you of incoming invites.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to use Beer Sync.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for harassment, spam, or illegal activities.
  • Share inappropriate or copyrighted material in the "Cheers" feed.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features or daily call limits.

    • 4. Subscriptions & Payments

    Some group features may require a paid subscription. On mobile, subscriptions are purchased as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play (billing handled by Apple / Google). All payments are subject to the applicable store's terms; you can manage or cancel your subscription from your device's store settings. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through.

    5. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the safety guidelines.

    6. Disclaimer

    Beer Sync is for social coordination only. We are not responsible for any personal interactions or the consumption of alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
